Returns & Exchanges

At Skatepark of Tampa, we want to ensure you are stoked with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that assembled custom skateboards and used decks are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in brand new, resellable condition with all original tags and packaging intact within 30 days of purchase.

• 2.
  Request an RMA

  Contact our support team via email or our contact form to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number and the correct return shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items, include a copy of your packing slip with the RMA number clearly marked, and ship it back using your preferred tracked carrier.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the gear, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
